Christian McCaffery‘s fiancé Olivia Culpo, Kyle Juszczyk‘s wife Kristin Juszczyk, and George Kittle‘s wife Claire Kittle joined forces from a bar in a tropical paradise to try to drown the pain of the San Francisco 49ers Super Bowl defeat to the Kansas City Chiefs.
The trio of Niners star couples took a postseason getaway to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico one week after their season ended in overtime to the Chiefs in a dramatic Super Bowl defeat. Despite the time that passed and the plentiful sun, the pain of the loss is clearly still weighing down the ladies as much as the players.
“I would give the pain a 10,” Claire Kittle lip-synced over a popular TikTok sound in their collaborative video, captioned “If you’re wondering how we’re holding up.”
“It hurled really really, really really, really really bad,” mouthed Culpo, who posted the video from her account.
Although the Super Bowl sadness will continue to linger, there is still plenty for them to look forward to. McCaffery and Culpo have a wedding in the works, which they delayed until the offseason.
Juszczyk’s NFL playoffs could be considered nothing but a huge success, as she inked a licensing deal with the NFL thanks to her custom jackets that went viral with some help from Taylor Swift during the Niners’ run to the Super Bowl.
Meanwhile, the Chiefs stars are starting their offseasons without the burden of a loss on the field, although their homecoming parade ended in unfortunate tragedy in Kansas City.
Patrick and Brittany Mahomes are focusing on family in their break from the spotlight, throwing a huge birthday party for 3-year-old Sterling Mahomes. Travis Kelce showered Taylor Swift with Valentine’s gifts and she has still been seen sporting a Chiefs hat while back on tour in Australia.
