Jason Kelce is never not having a great time.
During a charity golf event Monday, Kelce, 36, cracked open a beer and guzzled with some rabid Eagles fans at Manufacturers Golf & Country Club in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania.
“Go Birds!” the former Philadelphia center exclaimed before shotgunning booze in a green can.
Joining Kelce were fans dressed in a vast array of garb, ranging from a Santa Claus costume to one supporter rocking green and white face paint with a mohawk.
After finishing their beverages, Kelce and the fans broke out an “E-A-G-L-E-S” chant, reminiscent of what can be heard at Lincoln Financial Field on NFL game days.
Kelce seemingly recruited the energetic followers via a May 31 episode of the “New Heights” podcast he co-hosts with his younger brother, Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.
“We’re looking to have a lot of fun with it and do it a little bit different,” Kelce said at the time. “One of the things I’m pretty passionate about is I want each and every member that is golfing in that golf tournament to feel what it’s like to play sports in Philadelphia.”
As for the applicable criteria, Kelce mentioned elements like climbing a greased pole, being arrested outside the team’s stadium or heckling players to the point they’ve looked at the fan.
Instead of being jeered by the tough-to-please Eagles fans, Kelce seems to have won them over with his actions.
The future Hall of Famer officially retired from the NFL on March 4 after a storied 13-year career in Philadelphia that included six All-Pro nods.
Kelce hasn’t strayed away from some chugging in the past.
While attending Travis’ playoff game with the Chiefs at Buffalo’s Highmark Stadium in late January, Kelce went viral for inhaling beer while shirtless in a suite.
Before then, Kelce dominated a beer-chugging competition at an Eagles Autism Foundation event last June.
Kelce is enjoying his summer vacation before he suits up as an analyst for ESPN’s “Monday Night Countdown” pregame show this fall.
Regular-season programming is slated to begin on Sept. 9, when the 49ers host the Jets.
