Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sanchez’s $147 million mega-mansions in Miami are truly impressive – check out the amazing new photos! Recently, Bezos regained his status as the richest person on Earth, once again surpassing Elon Musk.
Last year, Jeff Bezos decided to leave Seattle for good and make Miami his permanent home, and it’s easy to understand why when you look at his luxury properties on the East Coast.
The billionaire Amazon founder and his fiancée Lauren Sanchez own two adjoining mansions on the exclusive 300-acre Indian Creek Island in Florida. The waterfront homes, located in the so-called “Billionaires’ Bunker,” command high prices: one is valued at $68 million, while the other is priced at $79 million.
The stunning properties feature luxurious swimming pools and verdant gardens. The larger of the two houses has seven bedrooms and occupies an impressive 19,000 square feet, set on a two-acre plot.
After purchasing the mansions in 2023, there were reports that Jeff and Lauren were planning to tear them down to build a new home. However, as of now, both mansions remain untouched.
The couple also shares their exclusive neighborhood with notable neighbors like Tom Brady and Ivanka Trump. Despite the beautiful location, Jeff’s decision to leave Seattle, where he founded Amazon and lived since the 1990s, was not an easy one.

He eventually decided he wanted to be closer to his parents, Mike and Jackie Bezos, who bought two oceanfront homes in Coral Gables for $78 million.
In a heartfelt post on Instagram, he shared the news: “Seattle has been my home since 1994, when I founded Amazon in my garage,” he said.

“My parents have always been my biggest supporter,” he added. “They recently moved back to Miami, where we lived when I was younger (Miami Palmetto High Class of 1982: GO Panthers!).

Jeff confessed that Seattle holds a special place in his heart and that it is the place he has called home for the longest time. “I have lived in Seattle longer than anywhere else and have so many wonderful memories here,” he recalled.
“As emotional as I am about this decision, it is an emotional decision for me. Seattle, you will always have a piece of my heart.”
In addition to his homes in Miami, Jeff has a property in New York overlooking Madison Square Park and a truly unique ranch in Texas.
